This fine and rare Patek Philippe Nautilus Moonphase Power Reserve Ref:3712/1A comes with box and unnamed paper dated in 2006.
The 3712 was introduced in 2005 and produced for a year only, making it one of the rarest Nautilus models. Of all the 3712s made, most have 3 dots on the power reserve, whereas, it is estimated that less than 20% has 4 dots on the power reserve. This particular watch is also know as the last series, and hence the rarest example of the already rare 3712/1A.
The 3712/1A was subsequently replaced by the 5712 after a short one year production.
