How It Works

Step 1: You can drop off your watch at our store.

Step 2: We will send the watch to our in-house service centre. Our watch technicians will examine your watch and determine the type of servicing required.

Step 3: We will provide you with a quote and turnaround time for the servicing. You can decide whether to proceed with the repair.

Step 4: Once you confirmed, our technician will proceed with the repair and do a quality check before sending the watch back.

Step 5: We will notify you once your watch is ready for collection. Payment for the watch servicing work is due upon completion.
